Count number of tickets by organization - Reports/dashboard

Hi

I wanted to know if there is a way to count the total number of tickets per organization (customers) per month with a dashboard/report?
I tried with an JQL advanced search it works and also by a filter but I have to do it manually for each customer.

Is there a more optimal way to do it for all my clients?

if you have any ideas, please let me know.

Thanks

@Emmanuel F-D -

This is an idea for you to consider -

1) Organization is associated each user's account for your env (you already know about it), but by default it is not populating in the associated issues reported by the users unless the issues created from the Portal UI is shared with the organization.

2) As stated in the above point, you can create an automation rule using Automation for Jira possibly to populate this field associated to the reported issue at issue creation time.  Here is an example -

Here are links for your references on Automation for Jira -

3) For all of your existing issues, you will need to conduct a bulk change to populate the "Organization" field.

Once it is done, then you should be able to use search to obtain counts of issues by organization.

Again this is just an idea for you consider.

Hope this helps.
