Create Project Button.....nothing happens

Hello,

   When I click the create project button, the menu moves a bit to the left, leaving some white space, but the typical screen showing project types isn't showing up. It seems to be only an issue for me. I've tried in multiple browsers on multiple computers. Cleared cookies etc.

Any ideas?

@Ben Weisman What browser are you using?  Is it happening in all browsers?  Have you tried clearing your browsers cache?  Are you a Jira admin?

@Trudy Claspill should have read that a little better.  Are there any other projects in the instance?  Looks like there are no others.  You said others are able to make it work, are they in the same instance as you?  

I have seen issues when there are no other projects with the button getting stuck. The workaround was to create a new board and use this to create a project.  Once a project is in the system then the project began working as expected.
