As the title states, I have a form that has 1 request type that lands on the same project.
Example:
Form for Vehicle Collision Report.
Create a Request: Collision Feedback
^^^^ The above creates a ticket in our Vehicle Collision Project.
- The Goal is to add another Request type and from the same form submit tickets that will land on a different project.
Form for Vehicle Collision Report
Create a Request: Collision Feedback ----- (Lands on VEE Service Project)
Create a Request: Drive Feedback ----- (Lands on SEE Software Project)
I tried using an automation and it works but it creates a clone on SEE project but the original ticket in VEE has to go through certain parameters and required fields before closing so it's too messy for me.
Any other solutions?
Using Automation for Jira rule to trigger creation of issue/request in your other project once the issue is created in the original JSM project is the best way. Please provide details of your automation rule, then I can provide suggestion to fine tuned the rule.
