Create a gadget by request type

Hello guys, could you help me please?
I have several request types and I wanted to see every month which request types are being used by the client, how can I bring this information to the Control Panel?
Showing the name of the Request Type and the quantity used of this request type by the client.

Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos ,

you could try to use "Two dimensional filter" gadget and use Request Type for X axis and Organization in the Y axis. The related filter, associated to the gadget, should consider just tickets in the last month.

If you need to visualize those information through months, my suggestion is to create a JSM report with series based on organization (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-new-custom-report/) (you need to setup a serie for each organization).

For some reason I can't see request type as an option under the two dimensional filter, do you know if it no longer supports request type?
