When we try to manually create an issue by clicking the "Create" button, it doesn't work.
In jira software project create issue is ok, but in some of jira service desk project we have problem.
In this project we don't have any change. we create some custom field for other project. after jira reindex We encountered this problem.
In jira log don't any log related to this problem.
Can help to resolve this?
We use jira datacenter version 8.13.2

What is the error message you are getting? Do you have any screenshots?
It's possible that someone changed the permission scheme and altered who can create issues in the jsm project.
We also encountered issues like this when there is a broken script in the workflow postfunctions.
