Hi. I connected JSM with Microsoft Teams but I am not able to see the Microsoft Teams field in any ticket. Someone can help me?. On the "Project settings > Incident management" menu I see MS Teams tenant is connected and enabled. I was expecting that the MS Teams field appears on the issue view of any ticket but it is not there. Do I need to configure something else?. Regards
Thank you, @Nadhila Savira for the shoutout :) Britta from yasoon here, we're developing the Microsoft Teams integration for Jira and JSM. This feature is also part of Microsoft 365 for Jira (Outlook Email, Teams, Calendar) | Atlassian Marketplace.
Here's an overview of the available features. The app is free for up to 10 users and you can start a 30 day free trial, of course.
@Daniel H_ Marcos @Kelly Willis , if you have further questions how to work with Microsoft Teams and Jira, you can book a meeting with me and my team here to discuss your use case.
Hi Daniel,
I have found the following video that might guide you here: Jira Service Management-Setting up ChatOps for MS Teams

I love this answer, but this solution is locked down to the issue type Incident. Last part of his question:
" ... I was expecting that the MS Teams field appears on the issue view of any ticket but it is not there."
I want to use that feature with other ticket issue types too. How can that be done?

Hi Kelly,
The native conferencing feature is connected with the Incident Management feature, so we cannot make it available for all issue types. Perhaps for something like that, you can use our marketplace apps, something like Microsoft Teams for Jira & JSM (Helpdesk, Jira boards)
