As part of improving our forms in Service desk, I want to see which request type is the most used. But I can't see a proper report of dashboard for this.
Any advice please.

Check dashboard gadget "Service project report". You can get report by service requests.
@Rilwan Ahmed I want to be able to see each individual request type used for logging tickets. Is this possible?
