Create request (containing a form) via API

Good morning,

 

I have the following use case:
I need to create a new request via API.
This particular request has two required fields "description" and "summary" but there is also a form (inside the request type) which has some others required fields.

I was able to create the request via API but not completely correct because it's missing the required fields of the form.

Can you give me some help on this please?
