Create ticket via e-mail

Hello.
We have the problem that sometimes e-mails written to the mailbox of the ticket system are not processed and therefore do not show up as a ticket.
It also happens that when you reply to an open ticket, this is also not processed.
What could be the reason for this?

Common failure reasons include: Signup is not currently available, Sent from Jira, and Auto-reply mail.
