Dear Atlassian Community,
we have been suecessfully Using Jira Kanban Board and a Jira Ticketing System for around a Year now.
But we are faced with a new challenge and would like to ask the Community for some help.
We are having a new Segment which requires a new Ticketing System, for this Specific System we would like to create a Ticketing System Specific for that one task.
Which means every Ticket should have the exact same Options to fill out, so if a User tries to create a ticket he should only be able to see that one specific Ticket Option and not 10 others.
And within that choosen Ticket (User perspective) he should be seeing from us definied Text Fields that he has to answer. This could also be just 1 Text File with like the "Description" and in there he automatically does have around 10 Questions to fill out.
Is that possible to do? If yes could anyone help me with setting up this kind of a Ticketing System.
Best Regards
Cedrik
Based upon what you have conveyed here, I am thinking that you’re going to need a new project with a single request type. I say this because I’m assuming you have a current JSM project that has many request types and what you’re looking for is a solution for this new use case with a single request type.
Hi Jack,
thanks for the responce, and which one would be the proper one that has only single request types?
Kind Regards
Cedrik

I can’t say for sure as I’m not that close to your requirements and these templates are new to me. My guess would be the one for customers (kunden).
