Hi guys,
I have a customers that I need to create a ticketing system, when I create the ticketing system, usually I always integrating between the JSM with the Jira Software, like when the ticket is in progress status in JSM, I set the automation to automatically create a card in the Jira Software so the developers can do the ticket in their side.
Can I create a template so I don't have to do all over the steps again to create the ticketing system in JSM and set up the integration with the Jira Software?
Most likely when I create the ticketing system manually and integrating with the Jira Software, I always have something that I forgot to create/integrate/and stuff like that.

I am unaware of a template system and I would suggest that you take a look at creating a template to-do list in a program of choice. Trello can be a great option for this, or a Confluence page (which you could save as a template).
