Hi,
I have create a New request type 'A' with Forms and ticket will be created with Forms.
Here is my question when I raise a ticket from portal the tickets are created after that I need a new ticket with same forms in new request type 'B'.
Ticket is creating but Forms are not getting
Is there any automation ..?

Hi @Ravisekhar_g ,
I don't see a way to duplicate the form itself.
However, as a workaround, you can select to have the form of request A saved as an attachment to the ticket.
Then, to create request B, you could 'Clone' the issue in an automation rule, and copy the attachments in the clone action.
