Creating "Complete Sign up" Link dynamically for new customers (to be used in a customized email)

Hello,

I would like to send the "Complete Sign-Up" link in a customized email to new customers.

Does anyone know how to create the link using a code snippet?

Basically the question is how to get the token JWT based on a customer's email I guess.
