Creating tickets via email for everyone

Hello,

 we already use the feature that creates "tickets" after receiving email on our support adress. At the moment the person sending that email has to have Jira account added as agent. Is there any way to bypass this? Make it accesible to everyone, every email adress no matter having Jira account or not.

 

Any advise is appreciated
