Custom Alert Status

I am looking for any information on the ability to create custom statuses for Alerts beyond the OOB "Open, Ack, Snooze, Closed" options. 

We're having trouble organizing Alerts with the current options available in the Alerts section of JSM since an alert can't be re-tagged via Integration after alert creation, alerts can't be filtered by if they are linked to a work item, and several other limitations. 

I hope this is growing pains while we all move away from OpsGenie and not the product of the near and middling future.

There are no options to change the statuses used within alerts.

Statuses are not customisable or to be removed or new ones added.

You can add or delete tags on an alert by using the API.

Incredibly disappointing that the Integrations section of JSM can't manipulate Tags or Summary beyond the Create rules.
