Is there a way for the Group field in the ticket queue can be clickable like Assignee and Status?
Group Field is a select list (single choice) custom field

Unfortunately, it is not possible since the group field (based on your description) since accessing group (i.e. group members listing etc) are part of sys admins rights based on my knowledge and experience.
For agents, he/she will only be able to see the group name and cannot drill into the groups further.
