Custom Field

Hi All,

 

Do any of you know what is the custom field name  of "Raise this request on behalf of*"?

Hi Raymart,

It's a system field that comes built in with JSM, it is not a custom field. They only people who will see this on the form are JSM Agents.

It's for Agents to tell us whom they are raising the request for (imagine an Agent is on the end of a telephone and the customer is explaining the problem, rather than going to the portal or email - the Agent will want to record who the customer is)

That means that you can request access  for your self or for your colleague (In case you are team-leader or something like that)
