How can I add a custom field to an email notification (namely - the approver email).
I would ideally like to include a snapshot of the request in the body of the email. I was hoping for something like ${issue.customfield.12345} as a variable but that doesn't seem to work. All the other articles I've seen seem very complicated and are mostly for Server/DC.
