Custom field type for matrix entry available?

I want to create a service desk form where a user should be able to enter data in a matrix. Since Jira doesn't support that out-of-the-box, is there a addon which can do that?

Hi,

Please check Bundled Fields feature in our app Extension for Jira Service Desk. It solves your need. In case of your example, you need to create Bundled custom field provided by our app and in this CF create two sub-fields: Person and Number.
