We are using the cloud Service Desk tool. All previous posts indicate there is no way to have a customer's contact information displayed on the issue - phone number, address/location, etc. This is pretty important to us so we can contact the users as quickly as possible or dispatch to the proper location. Has anything changed or has anyone found a way to make this happen?
@Pam O'Dell we are currently running a private beta for a simple new Cloud app for Jira which enables you to centrally store information about customers and then show this in-context within the issues themselves. It automatically syncs organizations from Jira Service Desk.
