Customer Form fields not populating in Agent or Portal view after form completed by Specific User

Hi Everyone!

When one specific user completes one of our request forms, none of the data filled out on the form appears on the portal view or agent view after the form is completed, the customer form fields remain empty on the ticket even though there are mandatory fields.

We have created a new user with the same permissions as the user experiencing this problem, but the form fields populated as usual.

Assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Michael Garzancich 

As this is related to a specific user, can this user try another browser to raise the request.

Or even an incognito window.

If this works, then the issues is with the users browser, then lets clear cache and cookies and check from browser add-ons.

Or does this occur when login as the user on your machine as well?
