Does anyone know if it is possible to add custom fields to the customer (non-licensed portal user)?
It seems like it doesn't even let you have a profile page for non-licensed users?
nI am evaluating this as a freshdesk/zendesk replacement but not being able to store additional info about a customer would be a big show stopper.

If you are on premier tier of Jira cloud, it comes with Insight(a CMDB) and you can use this to build out your customer information further.
Other alternatives would all involve looking at add-ins that offer such a feature. For example on server and DC it was available via user profiles but I don’t see this for Cloud.
