Hello,
In the default "Participant Added" email notification, only the added participant receives an email that they have been added to a ticket. [Screenshot 1]. The problem with this is that no other participants would be made aware that someone else has been added to the ticket until another event triggers an email.
I've added "Customers Involved" in the To: section, however, I would like to add the "Added Participants" to the body of the email. I have tried searching via Google to get the smart value but could not find the correct text to use. And, the [Insert variable] link in the textbook does not work. I have tried two different browsers, two different machines and had colleagues try it as well and on no occasion did the dropdown appear for us.
Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance,
LeRoi
Hi @LeRoi Mines
You could look at this post on the community where the same feature has been mentioned.

Hello @Marc - Devoteam ,
Thank you for your response.
I did see this article previously, but it was for server and the person was using the Rest API.
I found this smart value ${issue.properties.lastAddedParticipant} in the article, but that did not work.
Strangely, today the [Insert variable] hyperlink is working. And, in the dropdown list, added participants is not one of the values.
