Customer can't received invited email

I sent Invited email for customer, but customer can't received invited email

Hi,

Did you check for:

1. Customer Notification

2. Is the invitation emails blocked by recipient's organization email spam filters?

Hi Wayne,

You can open a support ticket with Atlassian and have them check their Suppression list to see if the email address is on it.

Hi @Wayne Yang 

Do you add customers to Portal through People in JSM project setting? If so, but no email sent to customers, please check the customer notificaiton in project setting.
