For some of the ticket types, the description is not visible from the portal view. All of my request types have exactly the same settings and I'm not sure why there is a difference in behaviour. Any Ideas?
I suspect the request types are configured such that the description filed is not included. Check project settings > request types and edit one of those not displaying
Hi Jack, unfortunately not, all have the same three fields, Subject, Description (both mandatory) and attachments (optional).
Could anything else be affecting it?
