Customer permission

Is it possible to create a customer with permission to view existing issues only,

without allowing the creation of new ones, and to add comments?

Hi Nicola.

Yes its possible.

You can create a new project role, for example "View issues only" and then update the Project Permission "Browse Project" with that Project Role in the Default Permission Scheme. 

Off course you need to add the users to that project Role aswell.
