Does anyone know of a way, whether it be via native functionality or a marketplace app, to translate the custom fields, their context options and help text on requests types so they display in a language other than the Atlassian supported language packs.
An example would be Greek, which is not a supported language pack so there is no option to add the manual translations or change the customers language options of the portal profile.
We have JSM Cloud enterprise licenses.
Hi @Stevie Musk - Service Assurance Manager
Currently there indeed are native options, but not every language is supported.
See; I18N-3253
Although the marketplace offer some options as well, see; https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=translation&product=jira-service-management&hosting=cloud
Thanks @Marc - Devoteam .
Yes, I am looking for suggestions specifically for those that are not currently supported.
The marketplace apps that I have seen, seem to translate some of the content a customer would input into the custom field, but not the actual custom field itself, Like - Priority > High: Medium:Low.
I am looking for advice from people that may have encountered this problem and overcome it, if it has even been overcome... which isn't looking hopeful.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

Hi @Stevie Musk - Service Assurance Manager
the hope is that language packs will be added.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam ,
Absolutely, that is the hope. If not, looking at middleware with other ITSM so up for suggestions there to.
The apps by Re:Solution translate the customers input into the custom field, we already have a solution for that. Its the actual custom field thats displayed on the portal that we need to translate, the same as the language packs do currently where you add the translation for it to display on the portal.
