Customer vs Agent: Database table

Hello,

Are the customer and agents (licensing info, login info, etc.) in the same Database table ?

This question applies to both Cloud and DC.

In most parts, it is YES.  Question - Why are you trying to access those information against Database tables directly?  One should always try to avoid accessing the backend database.

The best way to obtain object information for JSM (both Cloud/Data Center) will be using the REST APIs calls.
