Customers notification

Hello everyone,

I am using Jira service management Cloud

I have a issue

I need to add a new customer to a specific project to chat with him on a ticket, but I don't want to send him a "Join the Team" notification, because when any person writes to our support mailbox which related to our project, his mailbox address is added to jira without logging into system, but when I add any customer to the project, he will be sent a notification "join the team"

How can i restrict this function?

Hi @Aleksandr Ganiyev ,

if you are simply wanting to not send the invite notification then:

1. temporarily disable it under prohect settings > customer notifications
2. add the customer to the project
3. re-enable the notification
