Customers with the same email domain as the site domain

I am currently putting together a business case for Jira and want to understand if we have our business name Domain name, for our Jira site, (eg @topstarme) can we have customers with the same email domain (johnsmith@topstarme.co.uk) that can raise service requests? Or, if they interact with Jira, at all, they would be allocated a 'paid for' license.

Hi @Michelle Mason , welcome to the Community.

you will not have to license Customers only Agents. Customers can absolutely have the same domain as the agents which is a common use case, e.g. IT, HR, Facilities support desks.
