Customising services offering with contract period

We have following service model and wanted to incorporate same in JSM

Each customer are entitled to one or more product services and each product will have associated contract of different types

  • remote support throughout year
  • number of tickets (.e.g 25)
    • above proposition can be applied to all products they entitle collectively or can be for single/multiple products
    • in case of limited ticket proposition counter should show left ticket and notify sales rep and end customer when 80% are consumed with option to top up counter and carry history of top up 

I see under organisation we have option to add custom field but found its annoying we can't upload in bulk

Also we wanted way for our sales to have form where above can be filled and same syncs with service project.

Please share your views/suggestions if alternate approach are there to achieve above.
