Hello Community,
Is it possible to do a bulk update to the Jira Service Desk Customer Notifications email template? I have over 70 Service Desk projects where I need to make a change to the notifications email template. I don't want to manually update each project. Does anyone know if this is possible to do a bulk update, if so how?

If you use a plugin like Notification Assistant for Jira (we make this) then you can configure an Email Template and use this in configured Notifications. However, you will have to replace Service Desk's native notifications with ours.
