Customize Help Center welcome message for finish signing up page

Hi,

there is already a Bug Issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-10898 

but does somebody knows if it is possible to customize the welcome message using HTML / CSS or some kind of other trick / hack? 

I ask because I don't know when the bug will be fixed and it is kind of urgent.
