Customize Help Center

Hi

We are inte process of setting up Jira Service Desk and I wonder where and how you customize the six boxed links as referenced in this article.  Currently  I can only list my Categories in the same are.

those six boxes are only an example of the new portal UI. As Victor mentioned you need to be an admin and if you are you can turn the new view on as follows:

• go to the portal (main help center) and click Customize button
• toggle on the new help center view

what shows up will depend on what projects you have - one card/project.

Thanks for your response Jack! I am an Admin so I have all the access needed and I have enabled the new help center view.

So if I understand you correctly each card belongs to a Jira SD project? At the moment I we have 2 projects and they don't show up as cards. Is there a setting somewhere?

Also I can't figure out where you configure the Categories part of the portal

Are you a jira admin? Only a jira admin can edit the Help Center as it's a global page.
