Hi - I am looking for a plugin or other solution to ask multiple questions on the customer satisfaction survey that goes out after tickets are resolved. I would like to ask at least 3 questions rating the experience but all the plugins I see in the marketplace seem to be for the server version. I am on cloud. Has anyone been successful in this?

Currently, it's not possible to customize the CSAT survey to add more questions. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
