I am the Jira Admin and If a customer creates an issue then they will get the notification as "We have got your request". So i want to edit this content as per my own words.
Is it possible to do it.

If you are using the JSD Server > 3.3.0 and in cloud you can customize by following Edit, disable, and customize notifications.
