Hi people,

About Created/resolved custom chart:

A. In order to present correct data, it should use filter that brings the combination of:

- Jiras that created previous week (created >= 2022-07-25 AND created <= 2022-07-31 AND), and

- Jiras that resolved previous week (resolved >= 2022-07-25 AND resolved <= 2022-07-31), 

If you combine this JQL statements in one JQL statement, results are wrong.

B. Did you know, what is the correct JQL statement, to use as Saved Filter, in order to chart can show, correct results?

I havent detect any way to accomplish.

Welcome to the community.  It seems you are referring to a third party add-on, thus you need to contact the vendor for direct support on their chart option.

On the JQL side, are you trying to obtain all the issues that was created in the previous specified week + those tickets are closed within the same time period?

Please advise, so we can assist you further.
