Data Manager - Attribute mapping - automation

Hi, 

I made a simple script to run a job, cleanese &  import in Data Manager from my jira assets schema as the documentation explain; the issue is that the import fail because the Attribute mapping needs to be done manually; Is there a way to so this by console?
