Deactivate "Add comment to past"

Hello Community,

I've noticed that it's possible to add comments to the past in our service projects.

I would like to disable or restrict this, but I can't find any corresponding permission in the scheme.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi @Sven,

No, not as far as I know of. It is an internal feature only available for internal comments on incidents on JSM. This was noted earlier this week and a feature request to make this more configurable has been added to the backlog already. You can track it here: JSDCLOUD-14813.
