We are slowly starting to roll out JSM.
However, as part of planning, we need the list of default fields and values.
I did find this link searching the JSM Cloud Support Document page.
but when I click it, it takes me to back to the Support page.
Does anyone know where I can find said list?

While @Rishabh Jhawar showed where to find all fields and @Anandhi Arumugam _Cprime_ showed the other request types fields where the articles work as intented, I wanted to add that the default fields should be:
Although the articles for IM don't work for me either and re-direct back to general page, I found these fields written in JSM as a notification when you are assigning a request type to incident category.
Hopefully at some point this page Default fields in the issue view of an incident will be fixed to not re-direct back to Best practices for incident management | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support

But as you say, I can't find the Documentation for Incidents. Looks like an issue there.
