Default "Workload" Report (Next-Gen)

Hi,

I have an agent John Doe in a Communication project (Next-Gen) but under the default Workload reports he can view other agents in other service desk projects he isn't an agent on. Is this a Next-Gen bug?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When we create a next-gen project, by default it's open to any user on the site, it means that all licensed users will be able to access, that's why they show on the Workload report. 

If you don't want users from other projects to show on the reports, it's necessary to set the project as Private and manually add the agents. 

Please, go to Project settings > Details and change the Access from Open to Private.
