Delay in portal loading.

When I log into Jira and try to create a request for any project in the portal section, the loading process is a bit slow, meaning the loading takes time.

Welcome to the community.  I agreed with @Nikola Perisic 

In addition, have to try to use a private/incognito session when conducting your JSM operations?  If it is faster, then you may want to clear out your local browser cache/cookies first.

Also, are you the only one from your site having this issue?  

Lastly, you can always check this URL page -https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/  where Atlassian publishes activities with Cloud JSM when the services encounter problems.

When you go to your development tools in your browser, and go to a network tab how many ms it takes to load the page (you would need to refresh your page)? Have you tried using different browsers? Mozilla can be slow loading Jira.
