Hi! Everyone, how are you?
I deleted several SLAs from a specific project, however, they still show up in the list when I'm creating a new one. How can I delete them definitely from the platform?
I asking this because when I want you extract data from a plugin all the deleted SLAs appear and that makes a lot of confusion to organize the information.
@Renan Rodrigues Souza Welcome to the Atlassian community
SLA fields are managed globally and shared between time metrics of the same name across different projects. When a new SLA is created a custom field is created to store the data. This custom field could be used across many projects. If you are sure no other project is using the SLA you can delete the associated custom field to get rid of it. Atlassian has created a tool to help you do this in the service desk application configuration section. You should only remove unused SLAs this way to avoid deleting one that is shared by another project. https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver030/managing-sla-data-761768889.html
