I just installed the Atlas CRM app in our Jira Cloud (with Service Management).
I have enabled user synchronization and now have many contacts in Atlas CRM that need to be maintained.
Some of these contacts are to be deleted. For this I have deleted the contact in the Jira Service Management user administration.
However, the contact remains marked as linked in Atlas CRM.
Do I need to manually disable and enable synchronization to remove the link on the deleted contact? Or is there a scheduled synchronization?
In production, disabling and enabling synchronization to delete a contact could definitely cause problems.

It affects users of Jira Service Management. I delete it as shown in the screenshot. The link in Atlas CRM remains.

Hi Jacqueline,
I am Timo, a developer at Atlas CRM. When you delete a user in Jira, the Jira User Sync link to the contact should be removed automatically.
Have you deleted this user, or have you revoked the user's access to Jira? (Revoking access does not remove the link to an Atlas CRM contact).
