Desktop Central (On Prem) + Jira SM (Cloud)

Hi all,

I've recently setup the Desktop Central (on prem) application from the market place. Everything is green and Desktop Central can see everything (as can Jira to desktop central). The issue I'm having is that I'm not getting any functionality from it. I should be able to use Desktop central features like remote connect etc, all from within a ticket raised in Jira, but I don't see anything. 

Was hoping someone could help me out.

Welcome to the community.  Since it seems like this is an add-on that you installed from the Marketplace, I would recommend you to raise a support request directly with the vendor for assistance.
