Hello,
i'm trying to retrieve values from a Bundled field from this plugin, is it possible? I need to retrieve each value with smart value or maybe by script runner groovy script but i don't found the good documentation.
I found this https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/bundled-fields-java-api/ but it's for the other add on (not service desk customer).
Thank you
Hi @Julian from AF ,
It looks like you need documentation for Dynamic Forms for Jira. Retrieving data from Bundled fields is described here: https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/dynamic-forms/latest/bundled-fields-java-api/ I hope you'll find it useful.
Remember that in case of any questions or problems, you can always reach out to our team via the customer portal: https://deviniti.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
Best regards,
Kate
Helllo Katarzyna, thank you for your reply!
In fact it's not correct because i use "My Requests Extension for Jira Service management" and not "Dynamic Forms" it's why the code doesn't work :(
