Disable Insights Asset Management In Data Center

Especially with the recent vulnerability in Insights, this question becomes more important - in Jira Service Management Data Center, if we are not using Insights Asset Management at all, how do we completely disable it?

Hi @Cortland Bolles 

Yes you can disable the Insight Plugin but for this you need Jira Admin Global Permission.

1. Go to the Settings(Cog) right side corner click on that and search for Manage Apps.

2. Click on Manage Apps, New Window will open and then click on Manage Apps.

3. After that new section will open and their will be search box, You can search for Insight.

4. A Add-on will come and Just click on that. New Window will come and you can see the Uninstall or Disable option based on your requirement you either uninstall or disabled it.

@Mayur Jadhav This isn't true for data center since it is bundled with service management.

Need someway of disabling on data center.

In that case I would request you to either upgrade your JSM to 4.20 or Please raise a ticket to Atlassian Support.
