When a ticket assign to me is close - I'm receiving notification of month and year it was resolved. Can this feature be disabled?

Since this notification is coming from Automation for Jira, you need to modify the rule that sends the email.
I don't see any rule that sends an email whenever the ticket is closed.

Oh, I assumed that the email came from Automation for Jira. It's just letting you know that Automation for Jira changed it. You need to check your Notification Scheme to see who it sends a Notification to when an issues Closed and for when it is Resolved.
