Hello,
when customer creates first ticket in JSM, they get invitation e-mail "You have been invited to the Support Portal, where you can submit requests and get help, but there has been no response from you. Confirm your email address to receive notifications regarding requests.".
How can I disable those e-mails and send to user information about ticket without need of confirming e-mail address on user end?
Welcome to the community.
Change the customer access in the Product Settings in Jira Admin.
Uncheck the option: "Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in"
This way customers are required to create an account first on your JSM project, before they can submit requests.
I don't want to force users to create account. I just want them give a option to put it you e-mail address while submiting ticket and then get updates about ticket, without accepting anything in the progress...
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Then disable the Invite Notification in the customer notifications within the project settings.

Where can I find this option? I don't see it, attaching a screenshoot.
