I see that when a client creates a ticket and when reviewing the tickets from Jira Service Management, the assignment is made automatically to my user. Could you tell me how to disable it because in my project there are 3 agents and I need that when a ticket arrives any of the 3 can be assigned.

The first thing to check is if under Project settings > Details and see if the default assignee is set to Unassigned or not. If it is set to unassigned the next thing I would check is to see if on the request type you have added assignee as a hidden field on the request form. After that I would check and see if there is an automation that sets the assignee.
